my name is Elizabeth Hudson Evans Iamp;#39;m a member of the Oxford Guild of guides and Association of tourist guides here in Oxford uh I am a local historian essentially uh but with an particular interest in the non-university side of the town and that has grown from um a particular interest in the waterways of Oxford Iamp;#39;ve been doing these tours for the last 20 years uh my name is Ken Beasley uh Iamp;#39;m a day Porter here at Sunny Bayo College in Oxford we deal with the tourists that come in um sort of telling them a bit about the college when it started what the college offers as in the degrees that we do how many students we have all those basic things I think the majority of uh casual or uh quick visitors to Oxford uh understandably they go to the university quarter they like to see the you know the wonderful university colleges but um the other side of Oxford the old the older City you know the bit the bit really which predates the university tends to get overlooked so

Ctrl+A is a keyboard shortcut used to select all text in a document or webpage. Its also known as Select all.
Exercise Click where it says Undo / Redo on the left side of the screen. Click on the step that you want to go back to, in this case go back several steps to before you had done any text transformation. Visually confirm that those columns now contain the special characters that we had removed previously.
The most common shortcuts include cut (Ctrl X), copy (Ctrl C), and paste (Ctrl+V). These three shortcuts alone provide users with enough handy tools for basic usage, but further combinations exist depending on what program is being used, such as selecting all (Ctrl+A) and undo/redo (Ctrl Z and Ctrl Y).
To undo an action press Ctrl+Z on your keyboard, or select Undo on the Quick Access Toolbar. You can press Undo (or Ctrl+Z) repeatedly if you want to undo multiple steps.
