okay this is a very useful one than the I use a lot in spreadsheets and to be honest is something bad I wish Iamp;#39;d knew a lot sooner than I then I did but as you can see here and column C has column a and B combined like here we got first name Timothy second name a INLA and you can see the concatenate commands up here and telling it which bits of data weamp;#39;re looking for we donamp;#39;t want that anymore we actually want the output and we want just the text now this same process works for numbers or whatever the data is but basically youamp;#39;re wanting to remove the commands up here the formulas because if you alter something later or maybe delete these and for example of a delete Timothy from here it should affect thereamp;#39;s no longer first name so we want to get rid of columns a and B I couldnamp;#39;t currently do it so what you do dragged all the way down right click copy right click paste and look for the little one with one two three thatamp;#39;s values l

Open the PDF document that contains the formula you want to delete. Click on the Form tab in the top menu. Select the Delete Formula Form option from the dropdown menu. A pop-up window will appear, showing all the formulas present in the document.

You will find to undo and redo buttons in the top left corner of the page. The undo button is an arrow pointing left, the redo button is an arrow pointing right. Alternatively, you can undo the last changes by pressing Ctrl+Z. You can reverse the last undo command by pressing Shift+Ctrl+Z.
To revert a PDF document: Locate the document in document management. Right-click on the document and select Document Properties Select the File Restore tab.
