It seems that when the email is viewed on servers other than Outlook, the HTML code might be misinterpreted, leading to these font discrepancies. The recommended solution is to switch the email format to either plain text or rich text.
Set the default font Go to File Options Mail Stationery and Fonts Select the font you want to change. Select the options that you want to apply to the default font, such as font style and font size. Select OK all the way back out to save your changes.
Remove fonts that you dont use In Control Panel, type Fonts in the search box at the top right. Under Fonts, click Preview, delete, or show and hide fonts. Select the font that you want to remove, and then click Delete. Delete the fonts that you dont want.
Change the default font, color, style, and size for messages On the Personal Stationery tab, under New mail messages or Replying or forwarding messages, choose Font. In the Font box, choose the font, style, size, and color that you want to use.
When you compose, reply to, or forward an email message, and the message body (including the text) appears larger or smaller than the size that you typically see, you might have changed the zoom view setting. The zoom affects only the current item.
Change the font size in your new Outlook message list From the menu, select View View settings. Select Mail Layout. Under Text size and spacing, select desired text size (Small, Medium, or Large). Select Save to apply the changes.
