hello everyone hope you are having a good time in this video im going to show you how you can record an email that you will send in outlook but you regret it so you want to recall it okay so lets suppose that we want to send an email and lets say from my name and ill send to myself just for testing we put my email address here and we write the subject whatever it is and i want to write everything that i want for example here and in a moment that i press send i regret about what i have written for example i write here that we have an appointment at five oclock but this will change or i send this email to somebody where i dont want to send so lets suppose today i will send this this email and the first moment i will realize that this email it was not supposed to go to surah advan but it was supposed to go to someone else so lets press send so this will go in the send but if the receiver havent opened yet we can recall this image so lets go to here we double click on the email

When you want to unsend an email, look for Undo in the Message Sent box and click it. The email you just sent will open back up and it will be saved to your Drafts folder. Undo Send also works in the Android and iOS Gmail app.
Undo a sent email You have ten seconds to change your mind after you send an email. Tap Undo send at the bottom of the screen to pull back the email.
No, unfortunately, it is not possible to recall an email in Gmail a day after you send it. Once the maximum cancellation period (30 seconds) is over, and theres no way to use the Undo Send feature anymore.
Navigate to the sent items page, then double-click the email youd like to recall. In the Message tab, click Actions, then select Recall This Message. Youll see a popup window in Microsoft 365 (or Microsoft Exchange) that will show you the email to recall it.
Choose an amount of time to recall a message On your computer, go to Gmail. See all settings. Next to Undo Send, select a Send cancellation period of 5, 10, 20, or 30 seconds. At the bottom, click Save changes.
To undo an action press Ctrl+Z. If you prefer your mouse, click Undo on the Quick Access Toolbar. You can press Undo (or CTRL+Z) repeatedly if you want to undo multiple steps. Note: For more information about the Quick Access Toolbar, see Customize the Quick Access Toolbar.
Right after you send a message, you can retract it: In the bottom left, youll see Message sent and the option to Undo or View message. Click Undo.
If youre using the new version of Gmail and you want more than 5 seconds to recall an email, do the following: Click. Click Settings. Click the Send cancellation period drop-down menu on the General tab. Select a time in seconds (e.g., 30) from the resulting drop-down menu. Scroll down and click Save Changes.
