Recall a message using Undo Send Right after you send a message, youll see the message Sent and the option to Undo. Tap Undo.
Recall an email with Undo Send Right after you send a message, you can retract it: In the bottom left, youll see Message sent and the option to Undo or View message. Click Undo.
Try it! Select the Sent Items folder. Select or double-click the message so it opens in another window. Select File Info. Select Message Resend and Recall Recall This Message, and select one of the two options. Select the Tell me if recall succeeds or fails for each recipient check box. Select OK.
Double click the message that you want to recall navigate to the Message tab and click the dropdown menu for Actions. Among the options, choose Recall This Message.
As I mentioned earlier, unfortunately, there is no way to recall and replace emails on a Mac. However, you can enable an undo feature that gives you 10-second grace period to unsend an email should you catch any mistakes.
You can get back an email youve already sent through the Mail app on iOS 16, whether its via Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo or iCloud.In the Settings app, go to Mail Undo Send Delay and then choose either delay time: Off. 10 seconds (default) 20 seconds. 30 seconds.
In the Mail app on your Mac, click Undo Send at the bottom of the sidebar within 10 seconds of sending an email (or choose Edit Undo).
Right after you send a message, you can retract it: In the bottom left, youll see Message sent and the option to Undo or View message. Click Undo.
By this point, Gmail has already delivered the email to your recipient, and you cannot get it back. No, unfortunately, it is not possible to recall an email in Gmail a day after you send it. Once the maximum cancellation period (30 seconds) is over, and theres no way to use the Undo Send feature anymore.
Undo a sent email You have ten seconds to change your mind after you send an email. Tap Undo send at the bottom of the screen to pull back the email.
