hey there Iamp;#39;m Mike Matthews this is muscle for life thank you for joining me today for another episode which is another installment in my says you Series where I address something that somebody disagrees with me on every couple of months I post on Instagram asking for people to share things that they disagree with me on and I go through all of the comments and I pick some of them and bring them over here to the podcast and address them so todayamp;#39;s episode is about reverse pyramid training and particularly the contention is that rpt is the best way to periodize training at least for most every day gym goers as opposed to the double progression periodization in my bigger leaner stronger and thinner linear stronger programs and the linear progression in my Beyond bigger leaner stronger program which is meant for intermediate and advanced weight lifters obviously skewed toward men hence the Beyond bigger but all of the fundamental principles in that book apply to women and I
