Hi guys, thanks for tuning in another video on ForgottenWeapons.com. Iamp;#39;m Ian McCollum, and today weamp;#39;re going to take a look at a pistol that really canamp;#39;t be forgotten quickly enough. This is the US Fire-Arms Company ZiP .22. And these were on the market only briefly, they were produced for about one year before they completely destroyed USFA as a company. Which is really a shame, because prior to this piece of garbage, USFA was known as the manufacturer of almost without argument the highest quality Single Action Army reproduction guns on the market. They were really sought after. In the wake of USFA completely dissolving, they have become even more sought after now. Their used prices are kind of astronomical in some cases, and itamp;#39;s all the fault of this plastic-framed piece of junk. So, we have to first look at like, what on earth happened? Well, the answer is USFA was owned and run by a guy named Doug Donnelly. And it really was his personal company, a

The most effective solution is to push the slider down again when your zipper is stuck and use household objects, like a bit of bar soap, clear lip balm, or the point of a graphite pencil (all can act as lubricants), says Mike Roussell, owner of The Tailor Shop in Stowe, Vt.
Release stuck fabric: Grasp any fabric stuck in the teeth and gently pull it all out, tugging away from the zipper. You can use tweezers for smaller jobs.

Stop completely if available you can use a lead pencil. The graphite will create a lubricant or you can use Windex or a lip balm or some type of paraffin.
You can fix a separated zipper by realigning the teeth and squeezing the zipper slider with pliers to tighten it. If its stuck, try applying some lubricant like soap or a zipper wax. Be careful not to force it. Hope this helps get your zipper working smoothly again!
If the zippers teeth are no longer aligned, follow these steps: First close the zipper; you may have to tug a bit. Remove the metal stops at the top of the zipper using pliers, and take off the slide. Now you can realign the teeth manually. Put the slide back on, and reattach the top stops.
Rub the zipper with wax. You can use wax paper, paraffin wax, or even candle or crayon wax. Basically, the wax will lubricate the zipper, making it easier to pull up and down. Youll need to lubricate both sides for this step to work. For the wax paper, tear off a small sheet of wax paper.
There are a few ways to do this. One way is to use a safety pin to pierce through the fabric and unlock the zipper. Another way is to use a paper clip to hook onto the zipper pull and pull it out.
