Hi, this is Gary with MacMost.com. On todayamp;#39;s episode letamp;#39;s look at a new feature in Pages that allows you to rearrange things in your document using Sections. So Apple recently released new versions of Pages, Numbers, and Keynote. There are a lot of small new features in these. Iamp;#39;m going to look at one today. Iamp;#39;m using Pages version 5.6 and Iamp;#39;m just going to create a new blank document. In the past I could certainly look at the page thumbnails here on the left and see what pages Iamp;#39;ve done but I couldnamp;#39;t really rearrange them. They are basically a way for me to jump from page to page. Now, with Pages 5.6, I can actually rearrange them in a way that you might do say if you were writing a story and you want to have sections that you rearrange or perhaps a script or perhaps notes for class. Things like that and you kind of want to rearrange sheets of paper. You can do that using Sections. So letamp;#39;s start off by just creating a

Add Bates numbering Select the Edit mega verb from the global bar and select More Bates numbering Add. In the Bates Numbering dialog box, select Add files, and choose Add Files, Add Folders, or Add Open Files. As needed, do any of the following in the list of files:
Bates Numbering, also known as Bates Stamping, is an indexing method used for legal, business and medical documents (PDFs in most cases). Bates Numbers are perceived as digital reference points used to uniquely identify and label each page in a set of documents.
Open a PDF in Acrobat, select the Edit mega verb from the global bar, and select More Bates numbering Add. In the Bates Numbering dialog box, select Output Options. Choose Add To Original File Names, and enter %BATESNUMBERKEY% in the Insert Before or Insert After fields as desired. Select OK.
Removing a Bates stamp in docHub can be done easily within docHub. If you no longer require the Bates stamp on your PDF document, follow these instructions to remove it: After opening the program, you can navigate to the Tools menu and select the Edit PDF option.
Prefix: A prefix is a set of characters that is added to the beginning of the Bates number. This can be used to identify a specific case or document. Bates number: The Bates number is the unique identifier that is assigned to each page.
