4 answers Sign in to the Azure portal as a global administrator or security administrator. Go to Azure Active Directory Security MFA. Under MFA settings, select Additional cloud-based MFA settings. Under service settings, select Microsoft Authenticator app. Change the setting to Disabled.
Turn off 2-Step Verification Open your devices Settings app and tap Google. Manage your Google Account. At the top, tap Security. Under How you sign in to Google, tap 2-Step Verification. You might need to sign in. Tap Turn off. Confirm by tapping Turn off.
From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Single Sign-On , then select Single Sign-On Settings. Click Edit. In Delegated Authentication, select Disable login with Salesforce credentials, then save your changes. This setting doesnt directly disable username-password logins for all users.
Head over to the Gear icon on the top right and select Setup from the dropdown. Go to the Quick Find on the left pane and search for Identity Verification. In the Identity Verification page, disable Require multi-factor authentication (MFA) for all direct UI logins to your Salesforce org. Save your changes.
Turn off 2-Step Verification Open your Google Account. In the Security section, select 2-Step Verification. You might need to sign in. Select Turn off. A pop-up window will appear to confirm that you want to turn off 2-Step Verification. Select Turn off.
Procedure From the navigation pane, go to Manage Security. Click the Users tile. In the row for the user, click the action button. From the Web authenticator name list, select the web authenticator you want to remove for the user. From the Verification method list, select one of the following two verification methods:
