You go to Data, down to Protected sheets and ranges. Click on Plus, Add a sheet or a range, click on Sheet and choose the sheet you want to protect and share its par with someone. Click on cars, for example, my first sheet. You select Except certain cells and add range: for example column C. Click on OK and set permissions.
