You can delete a copy of the email you sent, which is stored in your Sent folder. But this will not also delete the same message from the recipients email inbox. The only way to unsend a message in Gmail is to click Undo Send immediately (or within the set timeframe, up to 30 seconds) after you sent it.
Unsend attachments anytime Use the Track Unsend Anytime button in your Gmail inbox to see analytics or unsend attachments. If you unsend, the recipient will no longer be able to open your file.
Items restored from Recoverable Items go to the Deleted Items folder. When you recover items from the Recoverable Items folder, they are moved to the Deleted Items folder. After you recover an item, you can find it in your Deleted Items folder and then you can move it to another folder.
Removing email attachments after you send is possible no matter what email you use! Now, if you are using unSend.it to remove attachments or email message content, it wont erase the email from existence. What it will do is remove the parts you are requesting to be removed, and then the email stays there.
Delete email attachments In the Mail app on your Mac, select a message that includes one or more attachments. Choose Message Remove Attachments. The message remains in the mailbox and is annotated to indicate that all attachments were manually removed.
Remove an attachment from the message body Click to select the attachment in the message body and then press the Delete key on the keyboard. Close the message and save changes.
Delete a file attachment from a sent or received email message. If you want to remove an attachment from an email message youve received from someone else or a message youve sent, you can do this one message at a time. You cannot remove attachments from multiple messages at once.
