so this is a KitchenAid mixer the Professional Series and there was an issue that we had with the dough hook that it became stuck on the mount and would not come off see down here that this little nub it was not going all the way around or clearing the housing to allow to be able to draw off and I called KitchenAid and KitchenAid gave me all kinds of advice that went nowhere soaking it with mineral oil putting a hot towel around but nothing nothing seemed to work the little mechanism was not clearing the housing so hereamp;#39;s what I did to solve the problem I went out and I bought one of these itamp;#39;s a chain saw file and cut the end off so that the file was right at the end so then I took the file I went in behind here and just started working it back and forth back and forth back and forth to the point that it was able to clear returned and then clear to see it was getting stuck about right there and for whatever reason I donamp;#39;t know if it was due to manufactureramp;
