As a valued customer, we will be sad to see you go! If you would like to close your account, please note: You must have a $0 total balance owing - if you need to make a repayment you can do so through your app or using BPAY*. You will not be able to reapply for a new Zip Pay account for 12 months.
You can choose to deactivate your account at any time. By deactivating your account you wont be able to place orders but will still be able to view your account details and history as well as make repayments.
If youve forgotten your password or need to reset it, simply select Forgot password? on the sign-in page. A password reset link will be sent to the email address on file, simply enter your new password and re-enter to confirm. Havent received the password reset link?
If you have previously deactivated your account and would like to reactivate your Zip account please submit a request to our customer experience team here.
If the Zip App is freezing or closing when attempting to log in, please try the following troubleshooting steps: Make sure your app is updated to the latest version. Restart your phone. Delete and redownload the app in the App or Google Play Store.
