In this tutorial, the speaker explains how to create a signature with multiple fields aligned on the same line in a document. To achieve this, you should first insert a table with a configuration of 4 rows, 2 columns, and 1 column width. After adjusting the spacing, label the columns for first name, last name, address, and phone number. To select the entire table, hover over the top left corner until a small plus sign appears, then click to highlight the table. Next, navigate to the design menu and select "no border" to remove all borders. Finally, move the cursor to the input areas for first name and last name, and continue with the setup.
