in this video we will learn how to scan a document and save it as PDF or image here we are at the homepage of Microsoft Office app we click on create button which is in the bottom right section of the page after clicking on it we can see various options node scan voice word excel PowerPoint for scanning a document we select the scan option now we adjust our camera so that the document fits inside the screen properly foreign button to capture the document after capturing we can see multiple options in the bottom of the screen we can use these as required for example if we have a multi-page document we can click on ADD button to capture another page of the document now we click on the next button here we can play with the filters also so I am changing the filters from light into document to rename the document click on the top more section of the page containing the default name Im giving it the as name document scan one here we can specify the file format also I am selecting PDF format
