depending on your screen resolution the handles and Xactimate can be hard to see and grab with your mouse changing the handle size can make the handles easier to see click on and manipulate which can make sketching easier and more efficient the handle size has changed in the Xactimate preferences in the main window click on preferences then on sketch near the top there is a drop-down menu choose your desired size in this case large note that these preferences are profile specific so if you write estimates using multiple profiles you may need to make this change more than once once you reopen a project and start to modify your sketch the handle size should be easier to see and use
