Hi everyone, Kevin here. Today, we are going to look at how you can 10X your Excel skills by using ChatGPT. If youamp;#39;ve never heard of ChatGPT before itamp;#39;s a state of the art natural language processing AI made by OpenAI, and you can do some truly incredible things. In a previous video, we looked at how you can use ChatGPT to write a song about the Kevin Cookie Company. Naturally, I also had to turn it into a music video. Now this is all fun and games, but you can also use ChatGPT to help you get work done in Microsoft Excel. And what I found is that it will forever change the way you use Excel. Letamp;#39;s check out how. Before we get started, youamp;#39;ll need access to ChatGPT, and you can get there by clicking on the link right up above, or also down below in the description. Youamp;#39;ll need to set up an account, but once you do that, youamp;#39;ll land on the following page. Here I am in Excel, and weamp;#39;re going to start out with a very simple example,

To include double quotes inside a formula, you can use additional double quotes. In the example shown, the formula in C5 is: =The movie B5 is good.
For example, to add quotes around the text in cell A1, you would type =CHAR(34)A1CHAR(34) in an empty cell.
There are two ways to do this: Add double quotation marks with a space between them . For example: =CONCATENATE(Hello, , World!). Add a space after the Text argument. For example: =CONCATENATE(Hello , World!). The string Hello has an extra space added.
To start a new line of text or add spacing between lines or paragraphs of text in a worksheet cell, press Alt+Enter to insert a line break. Double-click the cell in which you want to insert a line break (or select the cell and then press F2). Click the location inside the selected cell where you want to break the line.
Steps to Create Quotation Format in Excel Open a new Excel sheet. Using the sample quotation format, create a table with the required rows and columns. The fields must accommodate all the details required to create a quotation template. Once youre sure that you have included all the required fields, save the template.
Escape the Double Quote If you escape your double quote with an additional double quote, Excel will treat the escaped double quote as a literal value instead of treating the double quote as the start or end of a string value. By placing two double quotes, Excel knows that we are escaping the second double quote.
Using CHAR Function For users preferring to use character codes, CHAR(39) represents a single quote. Combine it with text using =CHAR(39)A2CHAR(39) to encapsulate the cell content with single quotes.
Select a cell or a range of cells to which you want to add borders. On the Home tab, in the Font group, click the down arrow next to the Borders button, and you will see a list of the most popular border types. Click the border you want to apply, and it will be immediately added to the selected cells.
