How to delete an admin account on your Mac computer Locate Users Groups on the bottom left. Select the padlock icon. Enter your password. Select the admin user on the left and then select the minus icon near the bottom. Choose an option from the list and then select Delete User.
On your Mac, use Apple ID Name, Phone, Email settings to change the name, phone, and email information associated with your Apple ID. To change these settings, choose Apple menu System Settings, click [your name] at the top of the sidebar, then click Name, Phone, Email on the right.

If the word Admin is immediately below your account name, then you are an administrator on this machine.
You can change system settings to customize your Mac. For example, you can change the size and location of the Dock, choose a light or dark appearance, change the desktop picture, and more. To change System Settings on your Mac, click the System Settings icon in the Dock or choose Apple menu System Settings.
From the menu bar in the Finder, choose Go Go to Folder, then type /Users and press Return. The Users folder opens. In the Users folder, select the folder of the account youre renaming, then press Return and enter the new name. Dont use any spaces in the new name.
