Heres how: Click Open in Excel. Select the cells containing the data you want to format. Click the Format Cells box launcher. Tip: You can also press Ctrl+5. In the Format Cells box, under Effects, click Strikethrough. Save the workbook and reopen it in Excel for the web to see the changes.
Simply highlight the text that you want to strikethrough and then press Ctrl + Alt + 5 on your keyboard. Youll then be able to select a new color for the text from the drop-down menu. 4. Ctrl + 6 - This shortcut key will strikethrough any text that you have selected and also apply a new font style to the text.
Right-click over the cells youve chosen and select Format Cells and, in the popup window, click the Border tab. For a continuous line, choose one of the thicker styles from the Line box.
You can manually adjust the column width or row height or automatically resize columns and rows to fit the data. Heres what you do: Double-click the line you want to smooth. On the Format Data Series pane, switch to the Fill Line tab, and select the Smoothed line check box. Done!
Enter =IF(A1=TRUE,TRUE,FALSE)in the formula input bar. Now, click on the format option and tick mark the strikethrough. Click OK twice.
Using keyboard shortcuts to access the Font dialog box Select the text you want to strikethrough. Press Ctrl + D. The Font dialog box appears. Press Alt + K to select Strikethrough (note that k is the underlined letter). Press Enter.
