Windows Right click on your Chrome shortcut. Choose properties. At the end of your Target: line add the command-line switch. With that example flag, it should look like below (replacing --disable-gpu-vsync with any other command-line switch you want to use): chrome.exe --disable-gpu-vsync.
How to enable or disable Chrome flags: Open Chrome. Type chrome://flags in the address bar and hit enter. You are now in the interface for managing flags. Click on enable to enable a flag, and disable to disable it.
How to specify command line flags Exit any running-instance of chrome. Find the shortcut you normally use to launch chrome. Create a copy of it. Right click on the new shortcut, and select Properties. At the very end of the Target: text box, add a space and then the desired command line flags.
To enable Chrome Flags, type in chrome://flags/#enable-parallel-downloading into your address bar and hit Enter. You will be taken to the Parallel downloading section of Chrome Flags. Click the box next to Enable parallel downloading. This will enable the experimental way to speed up your downloads.
To set a flag from the chrome://flags page in Chrome, you need to find the flag, toggle the setting for the flag, then relaunch the browser.
