I will introduce this pipeline to you now, which is an nf-core pipeline to screen for functional components of nucleotide sequences from prokaryotic genomes or metagenomes. What are these functional components that we are interested in or that we screen for? The pipeline screens on the one hand for antimicrobial peptides.
