hello explorers and welcome to another video today we are going to talk about php fpm or the fast cgi process manager and lets jump over to my screen here so here we have a standard debian with nothing extra and in order to look into php fpm you need to have the php package of of course and you can have one web server in this case i choose apache there is a module for this to handle nginx for instance so there is nothing really different there its a little bit of a different setup but were going to look into a patch today if we check the status for a patch here we see that its running and if we go over to a patch we see that we have the standard default debian page so what is different with this fast cgi thing its a service that runs in your system and you actually take your apache connect it to this service using an european link and send commands over to that and that will run the php process which will make things faster because apache can handle all the different traffic and
