Select the object you want to add a caption to. In the Format sidebar, do one of the following : For shapes, images, movies, 3D objects, text boxes and equations: Click the Style tab, then select the tickbox next to Caption.
Titles are syncing with iCloud Photos between your devices, but you cannot see or modify them on an iPhone or iPad. They will however been shown as a search result on your iOS devices. Captions are shown on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch and will be synced with iCloud Photos to your Mac.
Turn Live Captions on or off On your Mac, choose Apple menu System Settings, click Accessibility in the sidebar, then click Live Captions on the right. (You may need to scroll down.) Turn Live Captions (Beta) on or off.
Tip: To quickly add titles to photos right in the main Photos window, choose View Metadata Titles, click the field that appears under a photo when you hold the pointer over it, then type a name. Caption: Enter a caption in the Caption field.
Use auto-correction Choose Pages Settings (from the Pages menu at the top of your screen). Click Auto-Correction at the top of the settings window, then select or deselect Correct spelling automatically. With autocorrection on, do any of the following:
A caption refers to a short piece of text placed under/ beside a picture in a social media post, magazine, book, or newspaper that describes that specific picture or explains what is happening in the picture (for example if there are people in the picture the caption may describe what those people are doing or saying).
