hey yamp;#39;all nico here welcome back to my channel and if youamp;#39;re new here thanks for joining me iamp;#39;m nico todayamp;#39;s practice is to help open up stiff bodies we will be using props so youamp;#39;ll need two yoga blocks and a pillow doesnamp;#39;t matter what size the pillow is really i just have a small throw pillow here which will work just fine so just remember to listen to your body throughout the practice come out of any postures that feel uncomfortable on your body or that are painful and letamp;#39;s begin so weamp;#39;re just going to start in an easy seated position but i know people with stiff bodies their hips may not be open enough to be comfortable in easy pose your knees might be up high or you might be hunched so weamp;#39;re going to use our blocks you can sit on one block or sit on two and this is just going to give some room for your hips to open iamp;#39;m just going to sit on one so weamp;#39;re just taking a couple breaths here
