the latest 2018 release of DDM sees some new updates in the admin module these relate to attributes so if we go to the parts and assemblies page we can see that this is now updated in a new format on this new page we can order the attributes by any column so if we want to group together the system attributes we can and we can also search for attributes so if we right-click in the header area we can show a search panel and can search for specific attributes the attributes for drawings and documents have also been updated and in this case were going to look at creating a new attribute for documents so if we right-click in this area we can select to create a new attribute and this is going to be a language attribute so if we type in the label you see that the attribute name automatically populates for us we can make a selection as to whether this should be included as a free search attribute which I will make it and we can also select whether its compulsory or not we also have a field h
