The Changes pane shows only the most recent changes. To view changes over a longer period of time, use Version History by selecting File Info Version History and then select a version to preview it.

Open an Office app such as Word or Excel. Tap your profile button. Its the one near the top left that has your initials in it. At the bottom of the dialog that appears, choose Push Notifications.
Click Review Track Changes Highlight Changes. Note that in newer versions of Excel, the Track Changes button has been hidden. Heres how to unhide it. Under Highlight which changes, select the When check box, and then in the When list, click All.
In the Review tab, select Show Changes. Changes are shown in the pane with the most recent changes on top, in the order the changes were made. You can see who made edits, exactly where in the workbook, when, and what they changed. You can also see Changes made at once by clicking on See changes in a bulk card.
You can add individual values, cell references or ranges or a mix of all three. For example: =SUM(A2:A10) Adds the values in cells A2:10. =SUM(A2:A10, C2:C10) Adds the values in cells A2:10, as well as cells C2:C10.
If the Track Changes button is unavailable (grayed out) in your Excel, most likely your workbook contains one or more tables or XML maps, which are not supported in shared workbooks. In that case, convert your tables to ranges and remove XML maps.
Ctrl + Alt + F9 forces Excel to recalculate absolutely all formulas in all open workbooks, even those that have not been changed. When you have the feeling that some formulas are showing incorrect results, use this shortcut to make sure everything has been recalculated.
