To convert Microsoft Edge PDFs to a more usable format, here are five easy steps: Open the Microsoft Edge browser. Go to the PDF file to be converted. Choose Print or press Ctrl+P on the keyboard. In the Print dialog box, select Microsoft Print To PDF as the printer. Set preferences and click Print button.

Why Microsoft Edge opens PDFs by default. Microsoft Edge is the default web browser for Windows 10 and it can open PDFs automatically. Not everyone likes this, so they can change their settings. Windows 10 was designed to make user experiences smoother.
Once done with a rotating page, click on the Save as Other icon from the right panel and select the Save button to implement changes on the original file. If you want to save the PDF with rotated pages as a new file, you can go for the Save As option. Select the Save As option and choose a path to save the PDF.
Double-click the PDF file icon, and it will automatically open in Microsoft Edge if no other tools are set as the default app to open PDF. If it does not, you can right-click and choose Microsoft Edge from the Open With option. Once you open the PDF, clicking the Rotate button will help you rotate your document.
