So, Word, Google Docs, all these different applications support dictation where you could talk in real time, and itll convert it into text. With transcribe, the unique thing here is you can record your audio ahead of time. So lets say you have your phone and maybe youre conducting, lets say an interview, maybe youre sitting in a lecture and you record the audio. You can take that audio file, upload it into Word online, and get a transcription of all of the conversation. Enable PowerShell transcription by simply selecting the Enable option and clicking OK. You can also specify a transcript output folder if you would like one. If you opt to not specify an output directory, the PowerShell transcripts will be saved to the users Documents folder.

Go to Home Transcribe Transcribe. In the Transcribe pane, select Upload audio. Choose an audio file from the file picker. Transcribe currently supports .wav, .mp4, .m4a, .mp3 formats.
