Step 1: Open the Excel file and click File from the top menu. Select Save As from the left sidebar and click Browse. Step 2: In the Save window, select PDF from the Save as type dropdown.

Important: Give the PDF a different name than the original document. In the File Format box, click PDF. Click Export.
