How to edit PDF files: Open a file in Acrobat. Click on the Edit PDF tool in the right pane. Use Acrobat editing tools: Add new text, edit text, or update fonts using selections from the Format list. Save your edited PDF: Name your file and click the Save button. Thats it.

Annotating on a Mac View the annotation options by navigating to Tools Annotate and select the option you would like to use. You can also show the markup toolbar at the top by selecting View Show Markup Toolbar. Highlight, underline, draw and add notes to the document.
4 answers Open Word, and click Track Changes in the Review tab to open the Track Changes feature. On the File tab, click Export, click Create PDF/XPS Document. The system prompts you to select the location to save as, click the option function in the dialog box, and check the Document showing markup.
Choose Edit Preferences Track Changes (Windows) or InCopy Preferences Track Changes (Mac OS). Select each type of change that you want to track. For each type of change, specify the text color, background color, and marking method.
When you want to see whos changing what in your document, click REVIEW Track Changes to turn on Track Changes. To turn off Track Changes, click the Track Changes button again.
These are the simple steps you must follow to markup a document: At the top of the panel bar is the Select tool, click on that to highlight the text for commands. In the Comment ribbon drop-down list, youll find the Text Markup Tool, while you can access others from the shortcut menu on the text selection.
