PowerPoint provides many default layouts, some of which youll use, and some of which you can delete to keep things simpler. In the slide thumbnail pane, below the slide master, right-click each slide layout that you want to delete, and then click Delete Layout on the shortcut menu.

Add or remove guides To show or hide guides, select Guides on the View tab. In the Add or Remove Custom Controls dialog box, select the template part that you want to remove, and then click Remove. When prompted to remove the template part, click Yes, and then click OK.
Go to Home Tab, select Sensitivity. Unselect it from the Sensitivity menu try to remove it. Please note that if your organization requires labels on all files you wont be able to remove it. For more inforamtion: Apply sensitivity labels to your files and email in Office.
