first go to the file and choose open select this image click open now press contrl J to duplicate the layer go to select and choose subject add layer mask option below now take the text tool and write the text like this right click on this text layer and choose convert to Smart object click crl J to duplicate the layer drag this layer under the image layer then select the top layer reduce fi to 0% open the layer style and choose stroke follow the settings click okay now right click on this layer and choose create clipping mask hold control button and select these text layers click on this link option to link them together letamp;#39;s see that final result
