You can convert RTF to TXT with MConverter in three easy steps: Choose RTF files from your device. At the top of this page, drag and drop your RTFs. Click or tap on TXT from the list of target formats. Download your TXT files, after MConverter has finished processing them.
RTF files are simple to use and easy to edit. On Windows, save a document as an RTF file by navigating to File Save as and then select RTF. Once youve opened your RTF file on Microsoft Word, select the text you would like to edit. Start typing in this space to replace the current text with the new text.
Open the file in a word processor, select the desired text and copy and paste it to a text document. For example, create a new text document in NotePad, then open the RTF document in Word and select a few sentences by holding the left button of the mouse down as you highlight them.
Microsoft Word Open the DOC or DOCX file in Microsoft Word. Go to the File menu and select Save As . In the dialog that appears, choose TXT as the desired format from the dropdown list. Specify the file name and location, then hit the Save button.
On Windows: Open Notepad in Windows. Notepad should save plain text files by default. WordPad in Windows. Use File Save As and select the option that allows you to save the file as a Text Document rather than Rich Text Format (RTF), which is the default.
Open the systems print dialogue box. (You can click Control + P, or File Print.) Under Printer, Select Microsoft Print to PDF. Click Print to save a copy of the RTF file as a PDF on your computer.
