Quick story: I recently had a client who asked me to help them protect a particular trademark with the Patent and Trademark Office by registering it. As Iamp;#39;m going through my question and answer session with the client, I come to find out theyamp;#39;re not actually using a trademark or the trademark at issue was no longer being used by them.
