Hi everyone, Kevin here. Today I want to show you how you can create your very own fillable form using Microsoft Word. First off, what is a fillable form? You can have people go in and fill out a form, but they wonamp;#39;t be able to edit the questions or the structure of the form. You can use things like check boxes, text fields, drop down lists, date pickers, to build your form. Once someoneamp;#39;s finished completing your form, they can e-mail it back, they could print it out, or you could even connect it to a database. Connecting to a database is outside of the scope of todayamp;#39;s tutorial. Itamp;#39;s kind of like an docHub PDF form, but itamp;#39;s Microsoftamp;#39;s version of it. Iamp;#39;ve included sample files today if you want to follow along, otherwise letamp;#39;s jump on the PC and letamp;#39;s get started. dotx is located in %APPDATA% + \Microsoft\Document Building Blocks*language**version* and is moved in an out this folder on language changes. In DocumentNew and DocumentOpen of MyMainTemplate.

Building blocks are stored in Microsoft Word templates. Therefore, to access the building blocks available for a document, you need to access an attached template. Built-in building blocks are stored in the template named Building Blocks. dotx.
Where Are Building Blocks Stored? Items in the Building Blocks Organiser are stored in a special template called Building Blocks. dotx. Because this template is separate from the templates that you use to create documents, it means that building blocks are available to use in any document that you create.
Editing a DOTX document has never been easier. Our user-friendly interface ensures a smooth and efficient workflow, allowing you to effortlessly modify text, format paragraphs, edit styles, and more. With a look similar to traditional office editors and a standard set of tools, youll quickly feel at home.
On the Insert tab, in the Text group, click Quick Parts, and then click Building Blocks Organizer. If you know the name of the building block, click Name to sort by name. Select the entry, and then click Delete. When asked whether you are sure you want to delete the building block entry, click Yes.
