hi Iamp;#39;m Jessica an e-learning specialist and Iamp;#39;m here to show you how to set your normal view in Microsoft Word so youamp;#39;ve opened up a Word document and maybe it looks like this and youamp;#39;re like wow thatamp;#39;s kind of crazy so just go to view edit document and so you know you are actually in read mode thereamp;#39;s also web layout but print layout in Microsoft 2013 is what normal view used to be so print layoutamp;#39;s a great place to start you also have the option to see multiple Pages at one time so if I had a second page or you can set it so youamp;#39;re just seeing to the page width or one whole page I hope this helps thanks for watching

Step-by-step guide to getting Microsoft Word back to normal view: Click the View tab. Select Document Views in the dropdown menu. Choose Print Layout in the Document Views section. Your Word document should be back to its regular view.
Choose a particular zoom setting On the View tab, in the Zoom group, click Zoom 100%. On the View tab, in the Zoom group, click One Page, Multiple Pages, or Page Width. On the View tab, in the Zoom group, click Zoom, and then enter a percentage or choose any other settings that you want.
Change Page Size Click the Layout tab. Click the Size button. Select the size you want to use. If the size you want to use doesnt appear in the list, select More Paper Sizes. The Paper tab of the Page Setup dialog box appears, where you can enter a custom paper size.
Every time you have the Word window resized, just click and drag the zoom slider on the status bar on the down-right corner to adjust the zoom percentage of the document. By doing it manually, you can zoom in or zoom out to view the file.
You need to go to Format Document click the Page Setup button in that dialog window then select the preferred Paper Size. When you click OK you also can change any other settings if you wish then click the Default button confirm Yes to updating the Normal.
Select the picture, shape, WordArt, or other object to resize. To increase or decrease the size in one or more directions, drag a sizing handle away from or toward the center, while doing one of the following: To keep the center in the same place, press and hold Ctrl while you drag the sizing handle.
