Manage multiple signatures Open Gmail. At the top right, click Settings. See all settings. Under General, scroll to Signature and click the signature you want to edit. Use the text box to make your changes. To change the signature name, click Edit . At the bottom, click Save Changes.
There are no laws in India that dictate terms on signature change. The most sensible move would be to immediately make an affidavit and docHub it. The affidavit should contain an attachment that provides a specimen of the old and new signature. That is it!
Create your signature and choose when Outlook adds a signature to your messages Open a new email message. On the Message menu, select Signature Signatures. Under Select signature to edit, choose New, and in the New Signature dialog box, type a name for the signature. Under Edit signature, compose your signature.
Select Outlook Options. Select Mail Format. In the Settings picker, tick the option Do not allow signatures for e-mail messages (User).
To delete signatures manually: In Outlook, open the File menu, then select Options from the menu pane. The FIle menu in Outlook. Select Mail, then select Signatures. Select Mail from the menu sidebar, then Signatures from the Mail screen. Select a signature and select Delete. Select Yes to confirm.
How to edit signature in Outlook on Android: Open the Outlook app and tap on the Outlook icon. Then click on the gear icon in the columns bottom left corner. Tap your account, then tap Signature. Insert the text and links you want to use as your signature, and then tap Done.

Scroll down to the Signatures section and click on Signatures. In the Select signature to edit section, select the signature you want to delete.
