hereamp;#39;s one of my favorite tips for working with shapes in Excel so letamp;#39;s say we have this shape on the sheet we want to make a copy of it a quick way to do that is to left click and hold the shape like youamp;#39;re going to drag it over and then hold down the control key and as you can see thatamp;#39;s going to make a copy of this so Iamp;#39;m just going to release the left Mouse button before I release control and that will make a copy of the shape now one really cool feature is you can also keep them aligned horizontally or vertically and to do that you just again left click and hold and Iamp;#39;m going to hold down the control and shift Keys now and thatamp;#39;ll keep this aligned horizontally to the original shape you can also drag down and this will keep it aligned vertically so Iamp;#39;ll just put this one here aligned horizontally release the left Mouse button there and this also works with multiple shapes selected so Iamp;#39;ll hold Ctrl to select
