thank you in this tutorial I will show you how to remove the backdrop or background Shadow from any photo if you want to follow along with the same photo I have placed the download link in the description alright letamp;#39;s get started click and drag the layer to the new layer icon to create a duplicate or use the shortcut Control Plus J to do the same there are many ways to select a thing in Photoshop but in this tutorial I will use the quick selection tool move to the select subject tab you will see an arrow pointing downwards click on it from the drop down I will choose to select from cloud because it produces a detailed selection wait until the program is done making the selection then navigate to the layer mask icon fold down the ALT key and click on it to inverse the mask the layer mask will look like this if only you did it right from there select the layer thumbnail instead of the layer mask grab the lasso tool or you can use any of the tools in that Dropbox
