Email results after review In Google Forms, open a quiz. At the top, click Responses Individual. At the top right of a response with a recorded email address, click Release score. Check the boxes next to the people you want to email. Click Send emails and release.

Edit your form Open a form in Google Forms. Click Add . To the right of the question title, choose the type of question you want. Type the possible responses to your question. To prevent people from not answering, turn on Required.
