Open Google Chrome and type in chrome://flags/#sharing-qr-code-generator in a new tab. Click on the dropdown box next to Enable sharing page via QR Code, and change Disabled to Enabled.

The short URL is located to the left of your Dynamic QR Code. In the example below, the short URL is l.ead.me/bbLviR. Alternatively, you can scan your QR Code and select the address bar to reveal the short URL. Note that there are different short URLs.
