in Open Office spreadsheet whenever we want to print any data first we need to understand if the data is fitting into the page for that we have to select the data then go into this setting page preview here you can see selected data is spread into two sheets now I can format the page foreign landscape mode like this okay but still data is spread into two sheets I can decrease the margin or scaling factor of this data like this still as you can see page one of two data is in two sheets not here you go you can see now data is shifted into one page now I can close the preview select the data Ctrl B selected cells and then I can print the data in single sheet
