Hi everyone, Kevin here. Today I want to show you how you can create your very own fillable form using Microsoft Word. First off, what is a fillable form? You can have people go in and fill out a form, but they wonamp;#39;t be able to edit the questions or the structure of the form. You can use things like check boxes, text fields, drop down lists, date pickers, to build your form. Once someoneamp;#39;s finished completing your form, they can e-mail it back, they could print it out, or you could even connect it to a database. Connecting to a database is outside of the scope of todayamp;#39;s tutorial. Itamp;#39;s kind of like an docHub PDF form, but itamp;#39;s Microsoftamp;#39;s version of it. Find the file whose properties you want to remove, and then select it. On the Home tab, tap or click the arrow under Properties, and then choose Remove properties. In the Remove Properties dialog box, do one of the following: Choose Create a copy with all possible properties removed, and then tap or click OK.
To selectively edit or remove document data, click File Info Properties. Click Show All Properties. Delete or edit information.
Turn the display of formatting marks on or off Go to Word Preferences View. Under Show Non-Printing Characters, select the check box for each formatting mark that you always want to display regardless if the Show/Hide. button is turned on or off. On the Home tab, click the Replace button. Alternatively, you can press Ctrl+H. Click in the Find What box and then delete any existing text orcharacters. Click the More button to open up the additional options, click the Special button, and then click the Paragraph Mark option from the dropdown list.
Click Inspect Document. Click Inspect. The Document Inspector will scan your file for personal information. Click Remove All if Document Inspector finds personal information in your file. Now click Close then save your document.
On the Review tab, go to Changes. Do one of the following: In the Accept drop-down list, select Accept All Changes. In the Reject drop-down list, select Reject All Changes.
