You can create a new view in any Outlook folder. Click View Current View Change View Manage Views New. Enter a name for your new view, and then choose the type of view. Under Can be used on, accept the default setting of All Mail and Post folders or choose another option, and then choose OK.
Replies (14)  Click on the three dots () at the bottom of the app bar. Select Settings from the menu that appears. In the Settings pane, click on General. Under Application, toggle off the switch for Show app bar.
To reset the Mail View in Outlook, follow these steps: Click on the View tab at the top of the Outlook window. In the Current View group, click the Reset View button. This will restore the default Mail View settings.
