If the ink stain persists, spray with hair spray and blot with a fresh white cloth to lift it. You can also use a soft bristled toothbrush dipped in a 50/50 solution of water and white vinegar, gently scrubbing the area. Then dab with cold water and use a clean cloth to blot dry.
Milk and Vinegar Mixture: The combination of milk and vinegar can work wonders in removing ink stains. The lactic acid in milk and the acetic acid in vinegar form a potent ink-dissolving mixture.

Try alcohol or paint thinner, one will probably work better than the other. They are both flammable so let the machine air out for a day before using it again. You could try WD-40 and paper towels. Spray the towel with the WD-40 and gently rub the area wear the ink is.
Apply rubbing alcohol (90%) to the stain and blot with a cotton pad or paper towel until no more ink transfers onto the pad.
You can use baking soda mixed with water to remove ink stains from clothing. Make a paste with two parts baking soda and one part water and dab it gently on the stain being careful not to spread the stain into surrounding areas. Rinse and repeat until the stain is gone and then launder the item as usual.
WHAT CLEANING PRODUCTS SHOULD YOU USE TO REMOVE INK STAINS? In addition to common household products like hairspray and hand sanitizer, other products like baking soda or vinegar may also be powerful enough to interact with the ink and help make the stain easier to remove.
If the stains are set in or have been present for a while, try this solution for a deep-clean. Spray WD-40 on the stain and behind the fabric as well. Wait approximately five minutes for WD-40 to break down the oil in ink. Do your laundry, as usual; the stain should come off.
