all right well you know I came home there was ink all over the washer and dryer so like I said we Knicks if you try to wait use Windex it wasnamp;#39;t worried any of those chemicals wonamp;#39;t work not even double use it for you you can spray it and try trying to rub it the front take it off a little bit as you can see your one work like Iamp;#39;m rubbing it and it wonamp;#39;t come off well get another rag I use a brake cleaner a little bit and if you can see get your pain rag weamp;#39;re come off thanks for watching

Removing and Installing Ink Cartridges Turn on your product. Lift up the scanner unit. Press the stop button. Squeeze the tab on the cartridge and lift the cartridge straight up to remove it. Before opening the new cartridge package, shake it gently four or five times. Remove the cartridge from the package.
Hold the ink cartridge under a running water faucet. Keep the cartridge under the faucet until the water runs clear from the bottom of the cartridge. This means all the ink has been washed out and the sponge is clear. If the cartridge is made of clear plastic youll be able to see when all the ink is removed.
Replace Ink Open the ink cartridge cover (1). Press the lock release lever to release the ink cartridge and remove the ink cartridge from the machine, as shown in the illustration. Open the new ink cartridge bag, and take out the ink cartridge. Insert the ink cartridge in the direction of the arrow on the label.
To release the ink cartridge, lift the lid on the ink cartridge slot, then gently push the lid back until it stops. Pull up on the ink cartridge to remove it from the slot. Remove one of the new ink cartridges from its package. Be careful to only touch the black plastic on the ink cartridge.
