in this video you will see how to remove header and footer space in Word document first you need to click here on The View Tab and then click on one page so you will be able to see the header and the footer and now to remove the header and footer space you will need to click here on the layout tab under the layout tab you will see the option of margins at the left hand side we will make use of margins to remove the header and footer space just click on the drop down and then at the bottom here click on custom margins you will see this window and make sure you have clicked on the margins tab so you can see all the margins you will see the page preview here so the body text is these lines and the above space is the header space and bottom space here is the footer space to remove the header and footer space if you want to reduce them completely you can just enter the number zero at the top notice that the change will happen here when I click inside the box as you can see the header space
