Well, think of it as when the electric company sends you a bill every month. They customize your bill with your name, your address information. Iamp;#39;m going to show you how to do something similar to that. Letamp;#39;s say you want to send out envelopes. Letamp;#39;s say you want to send out a letter or maybe you want to send out an e-mail and each individual one has custom information that you want to include on there. Thatamp;#39;s what we can do with mail merge, so letamp;#39;s jump right on into. And as weamp;#39;re getting started here, just as full disclosure, I work at Microsoft. OK, so what Iamp;#39;m going to do first is Iamp;#39;m going to open up Microsoft Word. So, weamp;#39;re going to pop up Word here, and then Iamp;#39;m going to open up a new blank document. To remove a hyperlink but keep the text, right-click the hyperlink and click Remove Hyperlink.

Stop text from turning into a hyperlink Click File Options Mail. Under Compose messages, click Editor Options. Click AutoCorrect Options. Click the AutoFormat As You Type tab. Uncheck the Internet and network paths with hyperlinks check box.
Try it! Select the Sent Items folder. Select or double-click the message so it opens in another window. Select File Info. Select Message Resend and Recall Recall This Message, and select one of the two options. Select the Tell me if recall succeeds or fails for each recipient check box. Select OK.
On the Home tab, in the Font group, click Clear All Formatting. On the Message tab, in the Basic Text group, click Clear All Formatting.
To remove a hyperlink but keep the text, right-click the hyperlink and click Remove Hyperlink. To remove the hyperlink completely, select it and then press Delete.
