google now gives you the ability to create and collaborate on drawings first just go to the create new button and choose drawing here you can use the toolbar to work with various elements of your drawing iamp;#39;m going to create a simple flow chart to show you how these work the first two iamp;#39;m going to use is the shape tool here i can pick from all sorts of shapes iamp;#39;ll use this rounded corner rectangle now i just click and drag to make it appear i can change the color of the objectamp;#39;s shading from this button the pink bucket i can change the color of the border from this button make it a dark red i can change the borders thickness right here weamp;#39;ll make it 4 pixels and the border style here will make it a dotted line i can resize the object by grabbing any of these handles and if i want i can constrain the proportions by holding the shift key down and grabbing the handle i can rotate it by clicking and dragging on the green dot at the top and i can move

Step-by-Step Process to Save a Drawing On the menu bar, you will find an option called File menu. You will now see a new window open. Now another window will open. Afterwards, you can select the extension in which you want to save it. After entering the name and the format, click on the Save button.
When inside of a Google Doc or Google Sheet: On the main menu choose Insert Google Drawing. Use the menu bar to upload an image or add text, lines, or shapes to create your drawing. Once you have completed your drawing, click Save and Close in the upper-right hand corner.
You may notice as you work that there is no save button. This is because Google Docs uses auto-save, which automatically and immediately saves your files as you edit them!
Use the Save Close button to close Google Drawings and return to your document; If you need to edit the drawing selecting the drawing and use theEdit option that appears.
