hi my name is Brian and this is how to see what date a document was created now whenever you save a document on your computer or create a new document your computer will automatically mark down when it was created so I have this Microsoft Word document open on my computer and I have saved it to my desktop now once itamp;#39;s saved you can go to the file on your computer and you can go under the finder menu and then go to file and get info once you click on that itamp;#39;ll show you exactly when it was created so this was created today at 2:54 p.m. you can also as a keyboard shortcut click on the file you want to see info for and hit apple key I and that itamp;#39;ll pop up the same window that shows you when it was created and modified it also shows you when it was last opened it shows you what you can default open it with it shows you the name of the extension you can change that uh and thatamp;#39;s pretty much it
